Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Lead to manage daily infrastructure, ensure system availability, and lead a small operations team. Responsibilities include overseeing servers, networks, backups, incident response, vendor coordination, and implementing monitoring and security best practices. You will drive process improvement and automation while maintaining operational stability.
- Requirements: 5+ years in IT operations, strong Linux/Windows and networking skills, cloud experience (AWS/Azure), scripting ability, ITIL/process knowledge, and proven leadership and communication skills.
- Willingness to work shifts/on-call and to promote automation is required.
