Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled IT Operations Support Coordinator to join our team. As the IT Operations Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for our organization’s computer systems, hardware, and software.
Your main tasks will include troubleshooting computer issues, resolving network problems, and providing timely support to our staff. You will also be responsible for monitoring system performance, ensuring data security, and collaborating with the IT team to implement effective solutions.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in IT operations and excellent problem-solving skills. You must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, and software
- Troubleshoot computer issues and resolve network problems
