Job Description
1. Problem Identification and Analysis – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and data for effective problem resolution.
2. Troubleshooting – Utilize strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues promptly. Work closely with technical teams to implement and validate solutions.
3. Incident Prevention – Develop and maintain knowledge articles to assist in faster resolution of known issues.
4. Documentation – Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, problems, and their resolutions. Contribute to the development and improvement of problem management processes.
5. Collaboration – Work closely with IT support teams, system administrators, and other relevant stakeholders to address and resolve issues. Collaborate with vendors and external partners as needed for problem resolution.
