Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to join our team. As an IT Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex IT projects and programs within our organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining IT project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Managing project resources, including staff and vendors
- Identifying and mitigating project risks
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress to senior management
- Providing leadership and guidance to project teams
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT project management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A proven track record in delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget is a must.
