Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Secretarial Support to the Chairperson: Arrange meetings with faculty members, students, and visitors.
2. Frontline and Student Support: Serve as receptionist; attend to inquiries about curricula and academic load.
3. Documentation Support: Assist in gathering evaluation results and maintain syllabi records.
4. Department Support: Monitor department cleanliness, coordinate with CFMO, and provide logistical support for events.
5. Communication: Prepare visual materials; manage department’s website and Facebook account.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract Length: 4 months
