Job Description
Create a detailed work plan of the project from requirements gathering until production go live.
Secure sign off of project milestone documents.
Monitor and enforce adherence to company standards.
Deliver quality projects within schedule and budget.
Attend and actively participate in daily triage with clients during SIT and UAT.
Document change order requests and obtain approval and sign-off prior to development start.
Submit accurate and complete status reports weekly.
Create contingency and mitigation plans for identified project risks/issues.
Complete annual training targets.
Create performance assessments of project resources annually.
