What you will do?
- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain and update our product portfolio.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product portfolio and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Evaluate customer inquiries and align them with relevant products from our supplier database.
- Engage with prospective clients to assess their specific product needs.
- Provide personalized recommendations to customers based on their specific needs and budget.
- Offer comprehensive insights into the advantages and disadvantages of different product options.
- Prepare and deliver quotations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Generate regular performance reports for management’s review and evaluation.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline sales activities, including order deliveries and inventory management.
What you need to apply?
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, especially in the IT industry.
- Strong product knowledge of IT hardware and technology trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Technical learning and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
