Job Description
- Prospect and qualify leads to properly position MBS products to ensure that customer’s needs are appropriately served.
- Conduct regular visits to explore opportunities, establish, maintain, and develop a relationship with the customer.
- To sell solutions & volume products to the small and medium business (MBS) market to increase sales revenue and profit.
- Build and manage a business pipeline to ensure customer’s business continuity to hit goals for sales revenue and gross profit contribution.
- Manage customer’s expectations as the best value for support such as competitive price, delivery, and meeting customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with stakeholders (Accounting, Purchasing, TSC Manager, TSC Coordinator, Technical Engineers, HR, BDM, Logistics & Assembly) to ensure a smooth working relationship and meet customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and review sales funnel reports in preparation for sales meetings.
- Attend trainings and seminars to develop the skill set needed.
- Help & assist marketing events of MBS.
