Job Description
Trends Group, Inc. is seeking an IT Service Delivery Specialist to enhance client satisfaction through effective service management. Responsibilities include developing and negotiating Service Level Agreements (SLAs), handling escalations, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications: Degree in ICT, at least 2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. ITIL certification and project management experience are advantageous.
