Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the position of IT Service Desk. As a member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and customers.
Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. You will also be in charge of setting up new workstations, installing software, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. A strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and hardware/software troubleshooting is required. Experience with Windows and macOS operating systems, and familiarity with ticketing systems, are also preferred.
