Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle E-mails, Calls and Chat related to application issues faced by clients within SLA.
- Create issue tickets with precision and quality.
- Provide initial assessment and support for reported issues targeting first contact resolution.
- Multi-task between voice and e-mail support.
- Ensure KPI and SLA targets are met.
- Perform troubleshooting on PC, OS, and basic office applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 2 years IT Service Desk experience.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Office Applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules and onsite in Pampanga City.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
