Job Description
Description of Job Function:
The IT Service Desk Analyst will serve as the first point of contact for DAH users with systems and network concerns and is primarily responsible to provide technical support to resolve all IT related incident and request.
Basic Duties and Responsibilities
· To provide daily Level 1.5 support to end-users incidents and request pertaining to business applications such as SAP, Office 365, Hyperion, etc., Network, and PC system hardware related.
· On time PC provisioning and deprovisioning
· Daily monitoring of password expiry
· Daily monitoring of Cisco Antivirus report
· Assist Corp IT on new project roll-out
· Creation of Guest Wifi access as needed
· Creation and restoration of daily, weekly, and monthly shared folder backup
· Provide remote IT support to work-at-home users
· Conduct basic laptop faulty hardware part replacement or upgrade
· Timely maintenance of IT software and hardware inventory
· Perform nightshift support every period
· Timely monitoring of licenses
· Level 1 Xsuite Support
· Respond to all emails sent to IT helpdesk
· Generate monthly network printer usage report
· Assist on Corp IT initiative roll-out

Job Types: Permanent, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php21,00.00 per month
