Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in Service Desk/Helpdesk.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems is a plus.
- Willing to do overtime if necessary.
- Available to start ASAP.
