Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an IT Service Desk Analyst. As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and internal users in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to and resolving technical issues reported through phone calls, emails, or the ticketing system
- Troubleshooting hardware and software problems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Logging all support incidents and documenting troubleshooting steps taken
- Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure timely resolution of complex issues
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good understanding of network concepts and basic troubleshooting
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users
