Schedule: Must be amenable to graveyard or shifting schedules. 100% onsite.
Qualifications:
- Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in IT or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills.
- Relevant IT service experience preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage IT Service Desk tickets and resolve inquiries.
- Provide status updates and escalate unresolved issues.
