Job Description
Hydro Careers Inc. is seeking a dedicated IT Service Desk Analyst. This role involves providing first-line support for hardware, applications, and infrastructure through various channels including phone, chat, and email.
Key responsibilities include answering queries, diagnosing problems, and escalating complex issues. Candidates should have at least 18 months of service desk experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication abilities.
We offer a competitive salary from Php23,00.00 to Php30,00.00 per month, along with benefits including health insurance and flextime.
