Job Description
As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and solving IT-related issues for our organization. Your main duties will include diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems, assisting employees with IT inquiries, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals. Additionally, you should be able to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to IT support requests and resolving technical issues promptly.
- Providing remote assistance to users and guiding them through troubleshooting steps.
- Installing, configuring, and upgrading software applications and hardware components.
- Tracking and maintaining documentation of support requests and their resolutions.
- Collaborating with team members to improve support processes and knowledge base articles.
