Job Description
Join our team at IT By Design as an IT Service Desk Analyst! You will be responsible for desktop OS maintenance, application support, and troubleshooting. Key tasks include managing printer installations, client VPNs, O365 administration, and desktop antimalware, along with Active Directory user management.
We seek candidates with 2 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and preference for international client experience. This is an onsite night shift role in BGC, Taguig City.
