Job Description
We are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, processing incidents and service requests, escalating complex problems, and maintaining accurate documentation. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, basic networking knowledge, familiarity with Windows and macOS, and experience with ticketing tools. Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundation are advantageous. The position requires strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and availability for shift rotations while delivering professional, customer-focused service.
