Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an IT Service Desk Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our internal users.
Key responsibilities:
- Responding to user inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Logging and prioritizing incidents and service requests.
- Collaborating with other IT teams to resolve complex problems.
- Assisting in the installation and configuration of software and hardware.
- Maintaining documentation of support procedures and user guides.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
