Job Description
As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users in a timely and professional manner. You will be the first point of contact for any IT-related issues and will play a vital role in maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Responding to and resolving user inquiries and incidents via email, phone, or in person.
- Troubleshooting and providing technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Escalating complex problems to the appropriate IT teams for further investigation and resolution.
- Documenting and maintaining records of user issues, solutions, and changes made to the system.
- Assisting in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills. Good communication and customer service skills are essential as you will be interacting with users with varying technical knowledge.
