Job Description
We seek an IT Service Desk professional to be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email. Responsibilities: remote troubleshooting using diagnostics, asking relevant questions, and recommending optimal solutions. Qualifications: 1–5 years in IT service desk or technical support in BPO, at least second-year undergraduate, tech-savvy with office automation, databases and remote-control tools, able to diagnose basic issues, and proficient in English. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: Up to Php30,00/month. Benefits: Health and life insurance. Work Location: In person (Angeles preferred; reliable commute or relocation expected). Please include TOR/diploma status, previous and expected salary, and notice period.
