Job Description
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates with ticketing software background and remote tools experience are open to apply
- Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig
- Can start ASAP
Job Description:
- Act as a first point of contact (inbound and outbound calls) for all customers’ queries related to technical concerns.
- Assisting end-users remotely via CMRC, Remote Desktop Connection, and Microsoft Teams.
- Provides troubleshooting and isolation assistance before escalating calls to respective towers or groups.
- Creation and management of tickets related to customer concerns.
- Monitoring and resolving tickets via Dynamics365 portal.
- Password reset, account status checks, and account creation.
- Installation of applications remotely.
- Deliver solutions for excellent customer experience and timely responses to issues.
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php17,00.00 per month
