Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive IT Service Desk professional to join our team. As an IT Service Desk, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our users and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. Your primary duties will include troubleshooting, resolving hardware and software issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user queries and provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including network connectivity problems
- Perform system diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution
- Maintain the incident management system, documenting all support activities
- Create and update knowledge base articles to facilitate self-service support by end-users
