Job Description
We are currently seeking candidates for the position of IT Service Desk (L1 & L1.5) to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibilities include providing first level technical support and troubleshooting to end-users.
The ideal candidate should have a strong IT background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. Responsibilities will also include documenting all support activities and escalating issues to the appropriate team members.
