Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an IT Service Desk. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide technical support and assistance to our clients and internal staff. Key responsibilities include resolving technical issues, troubleshooting software and hardware problems, and ensuring smooth operation of computer systems and networks. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology. Prior experience in IT support or a related field is preferred. Certification in relevant technologies is a plus.
