Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an IT Service Desk Shift Lead. In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our clients, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service desk, and managing a team of support technicians.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of IT support technicians, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues raised by clients, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the service desk operations, including ticket allocation, escalation, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement best practices for IT service delivery and incident management.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, with proven leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
