Job Description
1. Help Desk Task Proficiency
- a. Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications;
- b. Knowledgeable in PC Operating System (Windows 98/XP/200/7);
- c. Knowledgeable in Windows Server Operating System (Windows 200/2003/Standard Edition);
- d. Monitor assigned task(s) including scheduled reports globally;
- e. Ability to provide courteous and quick response to customers;
- f. Willingness to find answers to all questions;
- g. Ability to familiarize with research and knowledge bases;
- h. Ready to research questions and work with colleagues;
- i. Shows eagerness to learn and adapt.
2. Teamwork
- a. Ability to adjust to help other engineers;
- b. Exercise turnover of activities to the next team member.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php35,00.00 per month
