Job Description
What you will do:
- Act as a central point of contact for IT support for Home Credit employees.
- Provide assessment, categorization, and resolution of IT issues or escalate when needed.
- Route tickets to appropriate support groups and manage user accounts.
- Monitor and escalate system alerts, meeting KPIs and SLAs.
What you should have:
Industry Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- 2+ years in IT Service Desk or Technical Support.
- Experience in a dynamic culture, Level 1 NOC background is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledgeable in AD, O365, JIRA, Linux, Wintel, Network Operations.
- Experience in handling calls, chats, email support, and technical documentation.
- Customer service skills, ITIL familiarity, analytical troubleshooting.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to users.
Work from Home Requirements:
- Stable internet, minimum 10 MBPS download, 5 MBPS upload speed.
- Wired connection, conducive workspace with no distractions.
Nice to Have Areas:
- ITIL v3 Certified, Splunk or other monitoring system background.
