Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an IT Service Desk professional. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees.
Your main tasks will include troubleshooting technical issues, resolving software and hardware problems, and ensuring that all IT systems are functioning properly. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up new user accounts, diagnosing network connectivity issues, and conducting system upgrades.
To excel in this position, you should have a strong understanding of computer systems and be familiar with various software and hardware platforms. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are also essential.
