Job Description
Join Tasq Technology as an IT Service Desk Team Lead in Eton Centris, QC. This full-time position offers a shift system with the possibility to start ASAP. We are looking for a leader with 3-4 years of relevant experience in managing teams of 40 or more, excelling in customer service and technical knowledge.
Key responsibilities include managing incident reports, conducting quality audits, and implementing service improvement plans. Strong people management and conflict resolution skills are a must, along with ITIL certification. Competitive salary up to Php45,00.00 per month, plus health insurance, 13th-month salary, and performance bonuses are offered.
