Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an IT Service Desk / Technical Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
As an IT Service Desk / Technical Support Representative, your main duties will include troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, offering guidance to clients on IT best practices, and managing support tickets through our system. You will also be responsible for documenting and sharing knowledge about common technical issues and solutions with the team.
To excel in this position, you should have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills. You must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals, as you will be interacting with clients from various industries and backgrounds.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar technical support role
- Excellent knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
