Duties and Responsibilities:
- Windows OS desktop and laptop support
- Desktop application support
- Windows AD access management
- Call and email management
- IT communications management
- Alerts and escalation
- Oracle password reset
- Users IT asset information entry verification
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors in computer application-BSCS/BSIT/BSCOE or related
- Experience: 1-2 years in Service Desk role
- Languages: Mandarin, English, Tagalog
- Technical knowledge: Network concepts, troubleshooting, Microsoft Applications
