Job Description
Tyler Technologies is inviting applications for the position of IT Helpdesk Specialist to deliver tier one phone support for our employee computing requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills along with a comprehensive understanding of computer systems, software, and applications. We seek a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Assist employees with various computer-related challenges.
- Become knowledgeable about Tyler’s software applications for effective troubleshooting.
- Improve employee experience by implementing updates and solutions.
