Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Site Supervisor to join our team in Davao. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the IT operations at our various sites, ensuring that systems are functioning efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing a team of IT technicians to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
- Performing regular maintenance and system updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Coordinating with vendors and service providers to ensure proper installation and maintenance of systems.
- Implementing IT security measures to protect company data and systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Experience in managing IT operations in a multi-site environment is highly desirable.
