Job Description
We are looking for highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as IT Site Support. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for computer systems and networks.
General Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical issues for clients and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain and manage IT equipment and applications.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Filipino Citizen or relevant residence status.
- 18 years and older with a High School diploma.
- Conversant in English and strong problem-solving skills.
