Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Web Developer or equivalent experience of 3 years in a similar role.
- Experience maintaining and managing network equipment (servers, routers, firewalls, phone systems, etc.)
- Provide user support for C-level executives as well as office support staff and POS.
- Familiarity with Python and Web Developer.
- Ability to develop solutions to complex system issues and network concerns.
- Experience with certificate and password management.
- Assist software and hardware upgrades.
- Assisting in maintaining of POS Terminal (Software and Hardware).
- Network and server management.
- Anti-virus control.
