Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Specialist responsible for providing on-site or remote assistance for application, hardware, and network concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve IT issues.
- Conduct IT asset assessments.
- Install and configure hardware and software.
- Ensure system maintenance and propose enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in troubleshooting.
- Clear communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
