Job Description
The Job Summary
Responsible for providing on-site or remote assistance and support for diverse application, hardware, and network concerns encountered by the store and distribution center (DC) operations team.
Job Description
- Analyzes and resolves application, hardware, and network concerns within expected service levels.
- Delivers on-site assistance for store activities, ensuring proper hardware and system configurations.
- Conducts IT asset assessments and recommends upgrades or replacements.
- Installs and configures standard hardware and software applications, ensuring optimal performance.
- Provides store sales file support to sales processing team.
- Conducts system and network maintenance activities.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of hardware and network troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to end users.
- Open to fieldwork in various stores.
