Job Description

We are seeking a talented IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining our IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users on various hardware and software issues.
• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network traffic and proactively identify and resolve network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems and implement effective solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, system backups, and security patches.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning as necessary.
• Collaborate with other team members to implement IT projects and initiatives.
• Document technical processes, procedures, and configurations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• More than 4 years of solid IT experience in successfully setting up BPO/office networks.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall set-ups.
• Knowledge of data security principles and best practices.
• Experience with o365 and Windows environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex network issues and develop effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Willing to work in rotating shifts in-office/on-site (Alabang, Muntinlupa)
