Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related IT course with knowledge in Computer System Servicing and Visual Graphics Design.
Responsibilities:
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Efficient troubleshooting abilities.
- Assisting with and resolving software and hardware issues.
- Repairing or replacing damaged or faulty hardware.
- Installing and configuring office equipment like printers and copiers.
- Troubleshooting network and connectivity issues.
