Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responding promptly to service issues and requests.
- Providing technical support company-wide, in-person or over the phone.
- Setting up accounts for new users.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as needed.
- Testing new technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience as an IT help desk technician.
- Software knowledge/experience preferred.
- Basic IT knowledge in Windows XP or Vista and network setup/troubleshooting.
- Hardworking, with a positive work attitude and passion for the manufacturing industry.
