Job Description
My Uniware Collections Inc. is looking for a skilled and motivated IT Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide first-level technical support and resolve help desk tickets.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Assist in network administration and system management.
- Train end-users and maintain documentation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php 18,00.00 – Php 25,00.00/month
