Job Description
o Develop and maintain a filing system
o Provide information by answering questions and requests
o Take dictation
o Generate reports
o Handle multiple tasks
o Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
o Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
o Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff
o Maintain computer and manual filing systems
o Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
o Coordinate office procedures
o Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
o Resolve administrative problems
o Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues
o Provide polite and professional communication
o Implement clerical duties and administrative processes
Proven admin or assistant experience
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational and planning skills
· Proficient in MS Office
· College degree preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php11,500.00 – Php13,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Admin staff: 1 year (Preferred)
- Knowledge in Computers: 1 year (Preferred)
