Job Description
QUALIFICATION:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Information Technology or any other related computer courses
- Preferably with at least one year of work experience in IT or Technical Support-related field.
- Knowledgeable with computer repairs such as troubleshooting, replacement of computer hardware parts, and maintenance
- Knowledgeable with the installation of windows operating systems or applications/software
- Knowledgeable and experienced with network devices like routers, switches, Access Points, device storage, etc.
- Knowledgeable and experienced with network troubleshooting (WAN/LAN).
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and can work independently with minimal supervision
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Has good communication skills
- Willing to do fieldwork
- Server knowledge is a plus
- SQL Management / Basic knowledge of programming is a plus
