Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic IT Staff to join our team. As an IT Staff, you will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our company’s computer systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Troubleshoot system and network issues, and provide solutions.
- Manage user accounts and permissions.
- Ensure data security and backup systems are in place.
- Assist in implementing IT policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Staff or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Familiarity with operating systems and office suites.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
