Job Description
Top Qualification:
OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATE
Good in CPU hardware and software troubleshooting / Printer Troubleshooting / Network basic.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Has customer service and rapport-building skills.
Has problem-solving and troubleshooting.
Intermediate in analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Willing to do fieldwork if required
Has basic knowledge of ticketing systems.
Basic knowledge in Server, Router, and Switches installation
Has a customer-oriented personality
Has flexibility in fieldwork
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for deployment, installation, pull-out, and configuration of PC, Laptop, Printer.
- Attends to assigned tickets and provides support within specified SLAs.
- Provides level 1 (phone & remote) & level 2 (on site) support.
- Regularly updates on the status of service requests or incidents.
- Reports and updates helpdesk on incidents encountered beyond the assigned service request.
- Assists end-users with standard applications and specialized software.
- Troubleshoots hardware problems, replaces defective parts, and escalates when necessary.
- Responsible for formatting/Cloning of PC, Desktop, Laptops.
- Configures network connections, performs testing, and basic troubleshooting.
- Performs regular PC desktop/laptop check-ups (e.g., defragmentation, patches, virus updates).
- Escalates problems requiring immediate attention.
- Performs other assigned tasks as needed.

Pay: From Php13,00.00 per month
