Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Qualifications:
- With or without BPO experience
- Knowledgeable of Web hosting, Web building, or Web Design
- Knowledgeable with WordPress or Elementor is a big plus
- Working onsite at Brgy San Antonio San Pedro Laguna
