Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced IT Supervisor to join our team. As an IT Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IT department, providing technical support, and ensuring the availability of our network infrastructure.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networking systems
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees
- Ensure the security and integrity of data and systems
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry
