Job Description:
- Supervise and direct the IT Department.
- Ensure team meets goals and addresses pending issues.
- Attend weekly manager’s meetings to update project statuses.
- Develop strategies for excellent service delivery.
- Propose ideas for department improvement.
- Fieldwork may be required.
- Delegate tasks and manage scheduling effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related course.
- 7+ years of IT experience.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Available to start ASAP; onsite work in Makati Office.
Salary: Php35,00.00 – Php45,00.00/month. Benefits include health insurance, company events, and more.
